10th Amendment Bill Alive in OK!

Oklahoma’s 10th Amendment Legislation, HJR 1003, by Key of the House and Brogdon of the Senate, passed both chambers this session but was vetoed by Gov. Brad Henry on April 24, 2009.

Never fear!  The bill is back as HCR 1028 and just passed the OK House today.   This bill will not have to go past the governor for final passage.

Please call your OK Senator and ask them to vote YES on HCR 1028 and take a stand for state’s rights.  OK Senate toll free number is: 1-800-865-6490.

Visit the OK-SAFE website for more information on 10th Amendment legislation, Fusion Centers, Real ID, Sustainable Development, and more.

  1. Sweet!

When you are done with them, can Florida borrow your legislature for a few weeks? :D
